Positive Presence Foundation is a 501c3 nonprofit that exists to help prevent suicide, depression and anxiety caused by societal pressures, natural disasters and community catastrophe. Through the Marek Edwin Putnam Scholarship Fund, fully paid and discounted scholarships will be provided to vetted teenagers and young adults in crisis across the country. Each scholarship recipient is awarded 6-months of life-changing and life-saving private coaching with a personal advocate. These mentors help guide their students out of darkness into personal peace and beyond.
This coaching program was designed to tap into the student’s potentials, eliminate limiting beliefs and help them achieve the greatest version of themselves amidst the darkest times of their life. The one-on-one private coaching is supplemented with a customized coaching board, personal development workbooks, a resource library, guided visualizations and positive affirmations for continued growth.
With over 47.12 million teenagers and young adults in our country between the ages of 14 and 24, this program is poised to help as many as it can. Positive Presence Foundation is ramping up their coaching team, support staff and online tools to keep up with the growing numbers of teenagers and young adults in need during these times of uncertainty and injustices. Virtual Coaching is one of the four areas of support our organization strives to provide.
Our Foundation has three other areas of support to help rehabilitate communities and families:
● Disaster Relief
● Community Centered Coaching
● Individual Crisis Support
Michelle Marie King, the co-Founder of Positive Presence Foundation, says about the scholarship fund, “our young people are grasping for light in a world overwhelmed by darkness. They desire support, they long for connection, they strive to find purpose, and they crave peace and solidarity. With positive support, they will not only get through this crisis, they will be better because of it!”
King herself knows the power of mentor coaching. A Minnesota-based philanthropic leader, innovative entrepreneur and public speaker, she has been blazing the country as a positivity activist and passionate visionary since the age of 16. “I want to help our coaches maintain income, our students maintain support and our young adults around the globe conquer whatever challenges they’re being faced with during this time, both internally and externally” says King. “I can help, our coaches can help, Positive Presence as a company can help and this is how we are deciding to do that. Together, we will get through this stronger than ever.”
The mission of Positive Presence Global is to enrich our student’s lives, empower every young adult with necessary knowledge to combat society’s stress and inspire the next generation to eradicate insignificance.
